Kerry-Ann Hamilton CEO, Founder & Client Lead
Kerry-Ann Hamilton (she/her), CEO, Founder and Client Lead, is a purpose-driven communications strategist with nearly 20 years of experience in media relations, brand positioning, cause communications, crisis management and stakeholder engagement. Kerry-Ann leverages her diverse background to provide strategic communications counsel on a range of issues related to education, economic inclusion, corporate citizenship, global health and development, gender equality and volunteerism. Clients can count on KAH to be an accessible and trusted partner who is invested in their success.
Steven Rigaux Vice President
Steven Rigaux (he/him), Vice President, has extensive experience in cause communications, media relations strategy and execution, nonprofit and foundation client support, copywriting, content development, and broadcast journalism. His meticulous attention to detail, efficiency and personability make Steven both an integral team member and a trusted ally. Previously, Steven supported diverse regional, national, and global philanthropies and nonprofits at social impact communications firm GMMB and served as an educator in the Peace Corps. Steven graduated cum laude from the University of Southern California with a B.A. in Broadcast & Digital Journalism.
Oriana Lewis Ramos Fellow
Oriana Lewis Ramos (she/her), Fellow, is a strategic communications professional with experience developing communication campaigns in diverse fields. She is skilled at turning complex ideas into compelling, accessible messages that connect with diverse audiences. Her work has included leading campaigns to advance sexual and reproductive rights in Latin America, connecting Latino communities in the U.S. with organizations focused on migrant rights and climate change, and supporting higher education initiatives in her hometown in Colombia. Oriana holds a Master’s in Public Relations and Corporate Communications from Georgetown University and a B.A. in Social Communication and Journalism from Universidad del Norte in Colombia.
